Fox Valley Memory Project is a 501(c)(3) organization that connects people experiencing dementia – and their care partners – with each other and with resources for their ongoing journey. Serving Outagamie, Winnebago, Calumet, and Waupaca Counties, we offer the following:

Social engagement through Memory Cafés, Mindworks interactive sessions, Lunch Bunch get-togethers, bus trips, other special events, and our On a Positive Note chorus.

Care needs identification and ongoing support through a full-time Memory Link Resource Navigators team.

Support groups, respite, and education for caregivers and family members

Community education, including training for business and industry, about how to best serve people with dementia and their families.

Due to our recent expansion into Waupaca, Calumet, and southern Winnebago Counties in 2022, we are looking for board members from these communities. In particular, we seek candidates from the cities or surrounding areas of Waupaca, Brillion, Chilton, and Oshkosh.

Fund development is a priority, in addition to community outreach (to gain new program participants) and strategic planning for future growth.
