The Board of Directors will manage the non-profit corporation’s property and business affairs. The Board of Directors must act consistently with federal and state law, the Articles of Incorporation and the By-Laws. Board meetings are held monthly from 8-9:30 am on the second Wednesday of each month. In addition, board members are engaged in committee meetings (i.e. Executive, Finance, Marketing / Communication, Governance, Buildings and Ground, Operations, Fundraising).
