We are looking to add several new board members in 2022, in particular with an interest and background in fundraising, in addition to a passion for supporting families experiencing the journey of dementia.  Specific fundraising skills would be overall fund development planning, legacy giving, grant writing and donor management.  We are currently in a positive fund development position and were recently awarded an almost $1Million federal grant over the next three years to implement new support programs for people with dementia and their care partners.  As this is a non-renewable grant we are already working on laying the ground work to replicate the funding needs when the grant ends in 2024.

Our board meetings are on the fourth Thursday of each month from 730-900AM, adjusted for holidays when necessary.
