    We are persons in long term recovery from substance use disorder. We use our personal, lived experiences in recovery to assist others in their journey to healthy living and reconnecting with family and community.

    We seek to connect individuals and their families to local resources, remove barriers to recovery, and encourage positive choices that lead to sustainable recovery from alcohol and drug addiction. We do this through community partnerships with municipal agencies, health care providers, treatment providers, and local coalitions.

Company Description

Unity Recovery Services has been providing peer-based recovery services throughout the Fox River Valley since 2018. We provide recovery coaching, education, and advocacy using a team of staff and volunteers that promote individualized, strengths-based recovery plans. Our original, flagship program (the Fox Valley PRISM Team) is active in Winnebago and Outagamie Counties; and our newest program (Waushara SHINES) provides support in rural areas west of the Fox Cities.
