FVLH owns and manages a 41-unit apartment building for older adults and those with disabilities to live safely and independently in a faith based community. Rents are very reasonable. You must be be able to live independently and are at least 62+ years of age. Linwood Place Apartments are 1 & 2 bedroom units that are roomy, offer a locked entrance for safety, basement storage units, garage and under ground parking, elevators, in house washers/dryers, in house beauty shop, part-time nurse for consultations on medication and health issues, a large community room for cards, games, movies and other activities of interest to the tenants.

We are a 501 3 c non-profit agency incorporated and owned by the 18 congregations of the East Central Synod of the ELCA.
