  • What We Do

    The FCLA Governing Board member responsibilities.... *Mission support - belief and support of the FCLA mission in the community; periodic re-evaluation of the mission and goals of FCLA *Governance - establish and support policies (including corporate, legal, educational, personnel and financial) necessary for the continued health and well-being of FCLA *Sustainability - support and participate in fundraising efforts/events for FCLA; identify, introduce and meet with potential donors related to FCLA activities *Other Support - attend board orientation meeting; increase familiarity with FCLA by visiting classes, attending FCLA activities, reviewing material, attending conferences or communicating with staff; participate in the 10 monthly board meetings plus one annual retreat; participate on one FCLA board committee

Company Description

The Fox Cities Leadership Academy (FCLA) offers a rigorous, contemporary & interdisciplinary curriculum that provides students with the opportunity to develop lifelong skills through our small learning community.  Students will develop skills such as:

  • Critical thinking
  • Problem solving
  • Leadership: Each student will earn a Wisconsin Youth Leadership Skills Certificate issued by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (Unique to the FCLA!)
