What We Do
We are a fun group that supports the health and wellness of family caregivers in Northeast Wisconsin through community projects, events and granting wishes to family caregivers. We want family caregivers to know they are not alone on their journey. Our current community project of a red house shaped alert key tag was inspired by an area family caregiver. While running errands, a family caregiver may experience health issues or an accident. This key tag alerts first responders that the person is a caregiver and has someone at home that needs to be checked on. During National Family Caregivers Month in November, we hosted a movie theater appreciation event to honor Northeast Wisconsin family caregivers. Various fundraisers are held as well throughout the year to support our events and to grant wishes.
