  • Who We Are

    Provide services to individuals with disabilities and their families. Outagamie County programming includes a HelpLine for disability related questions; individual grant program to help fund disability related equipment purchases when no other funding is available; Autism Family Network program provides monthly opportunities for support and recreation for families with a family member on the autism spectrum; and a Parents-4-Parents Support Group for parents/caregivers of children with physical or medically involved disabilities. State-wide Easter Seals programs include the Respite Center, which gives parents a break from daily caregiving responsibilities; Camp Wawbeek for campers age 8 - adult with physical and cognitive disabilities; the Resource Center for Farmers with Disabilities (RCFD) to help farmers and their families continue to farm with a disability; and Self-Employment services for individuals with disabilities exploring self-employment

    The Easter Seals mission is to increase independence, maximize opportunities, minimize barriers and enhance the quality of life for persons with disabilities.
